The video theme matches that of the lyrics, telling the tale of being surrounded or held back by either the world around us or our own perception of it. We all experience those mundane periods in our time, when we stare at life like a mirror or a window in our heads, needing something or someone to take us by the hand and pull us to a place to where we can feel strong yet uncomfortable enough to take action, to seize control, to explode forwards and make a change..... to play in the rain
With catchy drum beats and guitar riffs throughout, THIS TIME TODAY is very much a sound of synergy as four corners of a song strut and stride together to make a euphoric ride and rally cry. For the video we blended some raw footage from our live shows with self filmed jigsaw juggling scenes, set under the perpetual spot light of a ticking sand timer. With the right pieces and people in place at the right time anything is possible, but the Earth will not stop spinning so we cannot watch and wait either.... we don't hide, we arrive ....THIS TIME TODAY
